2. The Streamlined Process

By engaging with our team, you acknowledge our established workflow designed for project efficiency:

  • Consultation and preliminary meeting: We conduct site visits to assess project goals and take measurements. These meetings are intended to establish a project's feasibility.

  • Proposal phase: Estimates provided during the proposal meeting are based on a preliminary scope of work. Final pricing is subject to the completion of the Design Phase.

  • Design and preconstruction: During these phases, we finalize layouts, material selections, and contracts.

  • The build: Construction begins only after the preconstruction phase is complete, contracts are signed, and materials are secured.

3. Client Alliance

The success of our "Design, Build, Change Lives" mission relies on active collaboration. To maintain project schedules and quality:

  • Clients are expected to provide timely feedback during the Design Phase.

  • Clients must ensure safe and authorized access to the property for site visits and the construction phase.

4. Permitting and Compliance

As your General Contractor, Vatter Construction manages project coordination, including permits and compliance with local building codes. We ensure all work is completed to the professional standards required by our licensing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including "See Our Work" photography, the "How We Work" 6-step methodology, and company branding, is the exclusive property of Vatter Construction. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Communication and Privacy

When you provide information through our "Get a Quote" form, you consent to being contacted by our team via phone or email regarding your project. We respect your privacy and do not share your contact details with third-party marketers.

7. Limitations

While we strive for precision and transparency, Vatter Construction is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by municipal permit processing or third-party supply chain issues.

  • Unforeseen structural or site conditions (e.g., hidden water damage or electrical issues) that were not visible during the preliminary assessment.
