Welcome to the website of Vatter Construction, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of vatterconstruction.com and explain how we handle consultations, estimates, contracts, and projects. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. Our Services and Registration
Vatter Construction, LLC provides residential remodeling and design-build services throughout Lancaster and Chester Counties and surrounding areas, including Lancaster, West Chester, Media, Hershey, Mount Joy, and Lititz. Services include:

Kitchen remodeling
Bathroom remodeling
Basement remodeling
Home additions
Design-build
Vatter Construction, LLC is registered with the Pennsylvania Attorney General as a Home Improvement Contractor. Registration #PA077983.
2. Estimates, Contracts, and Payment
Consultations and estimates. Consultations and estimates are free. Any pricing shared on this website, by phone, or by email is preliminary. It is not binding. Final pricing is set in your written proposal after we evaluate the project in person.
Written contracts. Work is performed under a written contract as required by Pennsylvania law. Your contract will state the price, scope of work, payment schedule, estimated start and completion dates, and any warranty. If these Terms and your signed contract conflict, your contract controls.
Payments. No payment is due before your contract is signed.
Changes to the work. If you request changes, or we find conditions that change the scope or price, we will document them in a written change order and get your approval before doing the additional work.
Permits and inspections. Permits and inspections required for your project are handled as stated in your contract.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Project schedules. We work hard to keep projects on schedule. Weather, permits, inspections, material availability, and site conditions can cause delays. We will keep you informed if your schedule changes.
Cancellations. Your right to cancel a signed contract, including your right to cancel within three business days of signing, is explained in that contract. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a consultation or site visit.
4. Warranties and Existing Conditions.
Our workmanship. Our workmanship warranty is stated in your contract.
Manufacturer warranties. Appliances, fixtures, and materials are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to help you file a warranty claim.
Existing conditions. Older homes can have hidden damage, outdated wiring or plumbing, or code issues we did not create. We will tell you about conditions we find. We are not responsible for pre-existing problems that our work did not cause.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to Vatter Construction, LLC or its licensors. You may view this site for personal use. You may not copy, scrape, or republish its content without our written permission.

9.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows when they last changed. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
